Gas Gas is a thirteen-year-old Spanish company known for its two-stroke trials and enduro machines.
Like everyone else these days, Gas Gas is going into the thumper business. In development for approximately two years, the Gas Gas four-stroke, off-road machine (to be available in both 400cc and 250cc displacements) promises to be very lightweight and very high tech (sound familiar?). These pictures of the Gas Gas 400cc prototype machine and engine illustrate this theme. Indeed, the engine looks extremely compact, and, unless that is Hercules in the picture, extremely light.
God help us if every manufacturer in the Universe has gone thumper crazy!
