It was an interesting day at Donington Park today — a day in which Yamaha’s Noriyuki Haga emerged still in the points’ lead despite two fourth place finishes.
In the first race, Honda’s Colin Edwards claimed victory after a hard-fought battle with Suzuki’s Frankie Chili (second). Local Ducati rider Neal Hodgson finished third.
In race two, Hodgson came through with the victory over fellow British Superbike regular Chris Walker (Suzuki), with Chili in third.
Edwards followed his race one victory with a (crash/DNF?) in race two.
