We understand that this is a 2001 BMW R1200C “Independent” model destined for Europe.
We applaud BMW for its unique approach to designing cruisers, and we also understand the R1200C has received well-deserved accolades by the press for both performance and styling. This model appears to have the same engine as last year, but some significant design changes (note the wheels, for instance, which were wire spokes last year). We like it.
