Kawasaki’s Ricky Carmichael re-took the points’ lead in the AMA 250 Outdoor National Motocross Championship today in Troy, Ohio with 1/1 scores and the overall victory. Second went to Honda’s Kevin Windham (2/2), with third overall going to Honda’s Mike LaRocco (4/3).

The points’ leader coming into this round was Honda’s Sebastien Tortelli, who finished fourth overall today with 3/4 scores, and Tortelli falls eight points behind Carmichael in the championship points’ race.

Honda’s Brock Sellards took his first overall victory of the year with 1/1 moto scores in the 125 class. Steve Lamson (Honda) and Branden Jesseman (Suzuki) finished second and third overall, respectively.
