Bayliss Still Perfect At Kyalami WSB

Ducati’s Troy Bayliss won both races today at Kyalami, South Africa. He has now won all six WSB races held so far this year — a record!

Bayliss ran away from everyone in Race One, while Honda’s Colin Edwards finished second and Ducati teammate Ruben Xaus finished third.

In Race Two, Bayliss again won, but had close battles with Aprilia’s Noriyuki Haga and Xaus. Ultimately, Xaus finished second with Colin Edwards third.

Haga had a very heavy crash in Race One, and undoubtedly rode Race Two in considerable pain. Frankie Chili (Ducati) crashed following contact with Xaus in morning practice, injuring his shoulder. Chili plans to have surgery this week and return for the Monza round.
