In an evening filled with some of the wildest, and most exciting supercross racing ever, Honda’s Nathan Ramsey won his first 250 main event aboard his Honda four-stroke. In the process, Ramsey not only won after being forced to ride the Last Chance Qualifier, but he became the second rider in history (Doug Henry was the first aboard his Yamaha) to win a 250 main event on a four-stroke. Teammate Ricky Carmichael finished second after an early crash left him nearly last . Yamaha’s Jeremy McGrath finished third. The evening saw many leaders and many crashes.
In the 125 class, Suzuki’s Branden Jesseman narrowly defeated Yamaha’s Chad Reed — handing Reed his only loss of the season in the East Coast 125 series. Reed, of course, clinched the series championship last week. For complete results and points, take a look at AMA Pro Racing here.
