The broken navicular bone SoBe Suzuki rider Travis Pastrana suffered in his left wrist on Sunday is the latest in a string of difficulties for the young racer. Problems with dizzyness plagued him since the Daytona Supercross a few months ago, culminating in two recent surgeries, one to remove his tonsils and the other to clear his nasal passages.
The injury to his wrist may necessitate yet another surgery, although Suzuki has not yet announced whether this is the case. In any event, Travis will be out of the Chevy Trucks US Nationals for at least another month and quite likely even longer.
