Kawasaki’s Eric Bostrom dominated the Superbike National at Pikes Peak International Raceway in Colorado today. Suzuki teammates Aaron Yates and Jamie Hacking finished second and third.
With a huge points lead going into Pikes Peak, the last thing Honda’s Nicky Hayden wanted to do was crash and fail to finish the race. This is precisely what he did, however, and Bostrom has been able to reduce Hayden’s points lead to 42.
