Word from Europe is that Triumph is set to debut a replacement for its Trophy 1200 (essentially, unchanged since 1996) at the Munich show this September. The new Trophy should feature shaft drive (the current model is chain drive) along with the usual detachable bags, and electrically adjustable windshield.
The same fuel injected motor designed for the new Trophy should also appear in a big supersport – perhaps, known as the Daytona 1300. The other new model, previously mentioned by MD, is the expected Daytona 600 – essentially, a sportier version of the current Triumph 600 supersport machine.
