In the seven rounds of the MotoGP season completed this year, Honda’s Valentino Rossi has now won six of them. At Assen earlier today, Rossi held off the two-stroke challenge of Alex Barros (Honda) on a track that, at least in significant part, favored the two-strokes over the four-strokes. Finishing third was the four-stroke of Carlos Checa (Yamaha).
