It’s that time of year again. Yamaha is rumored to be working on a larger displacement V-Max for release as a 2003 model this September. Of course, Yamaha was rumored to be working on a larger displacement V-Max last year, and the year before.
In any event, the rumored displacement is 1500cc, and the rumor perhaps is more credible this year with additional competition in the “power cruiser” category expected from other manufacturers, including Suzuki. As always, stay tuned.
