Ricky Carmichael continued his incredible, perfect season with his 19th and 20th moto wins of the year, and his 10th overall victory at the Millville, Minnesota round of the AMA Chevy Trucks U.S. Motocross championship today. Kawasaki’s Ezra Lusk finished second overall with Honda’s Sebastien Tortelli third.
In the 125 class, the first moto was a classic battle between Kawasaki’s James Stewart and Yamaha’s Chad Reed, with Reed coming out on top. The riders switched positions, however, in Moto 2 with Stewart winning and Reed finishing second in the moto. Stewart took the overall, with Reed second and KTM’s Brock Sellards third.
