Honda’s Ricky Carmichael continued to pad his series lead over rival Chad Reed (Yamaha) by winning this evening’s Atlanta supercross 250 main event. After a poor start, Reed worked his way into second place where he finished ahead of teammate David Vuillemin.
In the 125 Eastern Series main event, Brock Sellards (Yamaha) finished ahead of Mike Brown (Kawasaki) and the winner of last week’s race, Branden Jesseman (Suzuki).
While Carmichael leads the AMA 250 Supercross series, Reed continues to lead the FIM World Supercross GP series. Sellards is the points leader in the 125 East series. Take a look at the official THQ World Supercross GP site for additional details and points.
