Chad Reed (Yamaha) and Ricky Carmichael (Honda) traded the lead in close racing for several laps in the 250 supercross main event in St. Louis this evening before a crash by Carmichael allowed Reed to cruise to the victory. Carmichael finished second ahead of teammate Ernesto Fonseca.
In the 125 Eastern Region supercross main event, Suzuki’s Branden Jesseman took his third victory of the series ahead of Steve Boniface (KTM) and Mike Brown (Kawasaki).
