Continuing to impress, Ducati’s young MotoGP effort dominated qualifying for tomorrow’s Jerez, Spain MotoGP race. Loris Capirossi and Troy Bayliss will line up first and second on the grid tomorrow and, perhaps, Ducati will win its first MotoGP race, just three races into its maiden voyage.
In a rare event, Honda’s Valentino Rossi was pushed to the second row of the grid by two other Hondas.
