Barring some strange circumstance, KTM will win its first ever U.S. National Motocross championship this year in the 125 class. KTM teammates Grant Langston and Ryan Hughes are the last two riders battling for the championship (particularly, with Kawasaki’s Mike Brown sitting out this next round with a shoulder injury).
With three rounds remaining (six motos), Langston has a slim, 16 point lead on Ryno. Hughes has been faster than Langston, lately, and he finished second overall last week to James Stewart (Kawasaki). Former World champion Langston was way off the pace last weekend and it seems likely that Ryno will continue to gain ground. This could go down to the wire, but either way KTM wins.
