Although still unsigned, Alex Barros is expected to become the teammate of Nicky Hayden on the factory Repsol Honda MotoGP squad next year. This is according to an HRC representative who was quoted in more than one European publication.
Apparently, Barros is still working out the details of his departure from Yamaha, and its sponsors, preventing a contract from being signed at this time.
