Remember Travis Preston?

The 2002 AMA 125 Western Region supercross champ, Travis Preston, sat out most of this year with a knee injury. He apparently expects to be ready to race again, soon. A rider so good he could haul his 6’3″, 200 pound frame around a supercross track at speeds approaching those of James Stewart (when he is healthy, at least), Preston is licking his chops anticipating a full season in 2005 aboard a factory Honda CRF450R. Plenty of motor to haul the big guy around as fast as he can go.

Preston is just another interesting rider to watch in the AMA supercross series next year — the stars have aligned correctly to bring the greatest group of talent into the 250 class, ever.
