At the muddy mess known as the Anaheim supercross last Saturday evening, KTM made its U.S. racing debut with the new SX250F. It couldn’t have been more successful. Nathan Ramsey piloted the bike to victory in the Western Region 125 class opening round.
Strange as it may seem in all that mud, Ramsey’s bike looked powerful and “hooked-up”. Somebody at KTM must know a thing or two about preparing for mud races.
Now three-for-three in North America (Ramsey won both Canadian rounds of the World Supercross GP), KTM must be delighted. We will see how Ramsey handles the AMA competition on a dry track this weekend in Phoenix. We wouldn’t be surprised to see him win there, as well.
