Ricky Carmichael (Suzuki) won his seventh 250cc main event of the season this evening in St. Louis. Carmichael got the holeshot and rode to a convincing victory over second place Chad Reed (Yamaha). Kevin Windham (Honda) finished third. Carmichael has a huge points lead in the championship.
In the 125 Eastern Region main event Grant Langston (Kawasaki) also took the holeshot and rode to victory ahead of a hard charging Davi Millsaps (Suzuki) who came from 15th place on the opening lap to finish second. Joshua Hansen (KTM) finished third. After three rounds, Langston has the points lead in the 125 Eastern Region series.
