Mat Mladin (Suzuki) continued his domination of AMA Superbike racing at the opening half of a double-header in Sonoma, California today. Mladin won the Superbike race with a comfortable margin over second place teammate Aaron Yates, while Neil Hodgson (Ducati) finished third. Mladin has won every race this year, except for one race where he had a mechanical problem and did not finish. Mladin re-takes the series points lead with his victory today.
