Jeff Ward (Honda), the defending AMA Supermoto champion won both races today in Colorado to take over the AMA series points lead from Doug Henry. Henry was injured in practice and did not race. Henry’s injuries reportedly include a collapsed lung, broken ribs, and a broken pelvis.
No word on how long Henry will be out, but he is expected to be hospitalized in Colorado for another week.
