The big news at Road Atlanta today was Mat Mladin (Suzuki) taking his sixth AMA Superbike crown. Mladin cruised to a fourth place finish knowing he could finish 21st or better and win the title.
The race was won by Aaron Yates (Suzuki) over teammate Ben Spies and third place Neil Hodgson (Ducati).
