Can you imagine a team with both Ricky Carmichael and James Stewart? Imagine no more, because Team USA will compete at this year’s Motocross des Nations with Ricky Carmichael (Suzuki), James Stewart (Kawasaki) and Ryan Villopoto (Kawasaki).
Team USA is defending champion, and traditionally one of the strongest teams (if not the strongest team) every year. Ryan Villopoto is no slouch. Take a look at our article dated July 29, 2006 to get a sense of what this young star can do on a motocross track.
This year’s Motocross des Nations is scheduled for September 23 and 24 in Great Britain. Conceivably, this could be the last appearance of both Ricky Carmichael and Stefan Everts at the Motocross des Nations. If you are a Motocross des Nations fan, this is not a race you should miss.
