Waiting until the last minute for tech inspection at the track, Team USA substituted Ivan Tedesco for his Suzuki teammate Ricky Carmichael today. Tedesco will contest the Motocross des Nations with James Stewart (Kawasaki) and Ryan Villopoto (Kawasaki) for team USA this weekend.
Carmichael is apparently not fully rehabilitated from his shoulder injury suffered two weeks ago at the final round of the AMA Motocross series in California. We will provide race results later this weekend.
