In the final round of the 2006 WSB championship series today in France, James Toseland (Honda) secured second in the final championship standings by winning Race 1 and finishing third in Race 2. This year’s champ, Troy Bayliss (Ducati) won Race 2 after finishing fourth in Race 1. Other front runners today included Troy Corser (Suzuki; 3/2) and Nori Haga (Yamaha; 2/4).
