Yamaha’s Chad Reed won a wild opening round of the World Supercross GP in Toronto, Canada this evening. After leading most of the race, Reed battled with Kawasaki’s James Stewart, who eventually crashed on lap 17 after re-entering the track in a dangerous position. Suzuki’s Ricky Carmichael, after a crash on the second lap, passed Stewart for second place, while Stewart re-mounted to finish third.
