Defending AMA Superbike champ Ben Spies (Suzuki) won the Daytona Superbike event today, and gained valuable points on several factory competitors who had off days or crashes. Honda swept the remainder of the podium with Miguel Duhamel finishing second and Jake Zemke finishing third.
