Mat Mladin (Suzuki) pulled away to a sizeable lead and took the win over teammate Ben Spies in second and Honda’s Miguel Duhamel in third place today at Infineon Raceway in Northern California.
Mladin and Spies remain in a tight battle for the AMA Superbike series points lead. Tomorrow is the second Infineon Superbike event of the weekend.
