Mat Mladin (Suzuki) won the first half of the Mid-Ohio AMA Superbike doubleheader today after a red flag and a re-start of the race allowed Mladin to close up on teammate Ben Spies, and take the lead. Spies finished second, with Honda’s Miguel Duhamel third.
