Honda’s Kevin Windham won his first Daytona Supercross yesterday when race leader Chad Reed (Yamaha) stalled his bike just a few turns from the checkered flag on the final lap. Honda swept the podium with David Millsaps finishing second and Jacob Marsack finishing third.
Young Trey Canard (Honda) continued his dominance of the Eastern Region Supercross Lites series with another win at Daytona. Finishing second in the Lites division was Ryan Villopoto (Kawasaki). Matt Boni (Honda) finished third.
Chad Reed was credited with seventh place, and he continues to lead the supercross series points. Canard is the points leader in the Eastern Region Supercross Lites series. For additional details, results and points, visit the official AMA Supercross site here.
