After our article last Monday, I noted that the Wall Street Journal has also written a feature article on scooters. American celebrities are being photographed on scooters in several publications, as well, mostly riding Vespas. Are Vespas becomming the Harley-Davidson of scooters here in the U.S.? It appears so.
