James Stewart (Yamaha) won his seventh straight AMA Supercross main event last evening in Atlanta and took the points lead in the series away from Chad Reed (Suzuki). Reed finished second, while Ryan Villopoto (Kawasaki) finished third.
In the Eastern Region Lites main event, Christophe Pourcel (Kawasaki) took the win ahead of second place Nico Izzi (Suzuki) and third place Martin Davalos (KTM). Pourcel has the points lead in the series.
