Utah WSB Results

Yamaha’s Ben Spies delivered a strong performance this weekend at his home track here in the United States. Young Spies took his seventh straight pole position (a record) at Miller Motorsports Park, and backed that up with a double race win earlier today. Spies dominated each race, with second place more than nine seconds back each time out. Finishing second and third in race one were Carlos Checa (Honda) and Michel Fabrizio (Ducati), respectively. Fabrizio finished second in race two, ahead of Jonathan Rea (Honda) in third.

Series points leader Noriyuki Haga (Ducati) had a rough day following a big crash yesterday. He finished ninth and eighth in the two races, but continues to hold the series points lead. For additional details, results and points visit the official WSB site here.
