We used to say that Ricky Carmichael and James Stewart were the only two men on the planet that could really use everything a 450 MX bike had to offer, and then only on a wide open track with long straights. KTM hopes to prove that this year in Europe where multi-time World Champ Anthony Cairoli goes after the MX1 title against the 450’s abard KTM’s new, lighter, more nimble 350 SX-F. Earlier this week, Cairoli took the overall win on his new 350 at the Mantova Starcross, winning two of the three motos.
We understand KTM intends to race in the AMA outdoor motocross series later this year with the 350. Should be interesting.
