In very cold weather, including intermittent rain and snow, Kevin Windham (Honda) won the penultimate round of the AMA Supercross series last evening in Salt Lake City, Utah. Finishing second and third were Davi Millsaps (Honda) and Andrew Short (Honda), respectively. Ryan Dungey (Suzuki), already crowned Supercross champion for this year, finished fourth.
In the final round of the Western Region Supercross Lites championship series, Jake Weimer (Kawasaki) was crowned series champion after finishing fifth in the main event. The race was won by Josh Hansen (Kawasaki) with Trey Canard (Honda) finishing second and Wil Hahn (Honda) finishing third.
