At today’s World Superbike Championship race held at the Nurburgring circuit, Jonathan Rea (Honda) took the victory in Race 1 ahead of second place Carlos Checa (Ducati) and third place Cal Crutchlow (Yamaha). In Race 2, Ducati’s Noriyuki Haga took the win ahead of Rea in second and Leon Haslam (Suzuki) in third. Max Biaggi (Aprilia) still has the points lead in the championship.
