Two tight races saw Max Biaggi (Aprilia) split wins with Marco Melandri (BMW) at the MotorLand Aragon circuit in Spain yesterday. Melandri finished a close second to Biaggi in Race 1, with Carlos Checa (Ducati) finishing third. Melandri lead a tight bunch across the line in Race 2, while Eugene Laverty (Aprilia) took second place and Chaz Davies (Aprilia) third. Biaggi continues to lead the points.
