PICKERINGTON, Ohio — Clubs and promoters who run American Motorcyclist Association sanctioned events can now access sanctioning and insurance forms on the AMA website at www.americanmotorcyclist.com > Clubs & Promoters > Resources & Forms.
In addition, the AMA has renewed with K&K Insurance as its preferred insurance provider. The insurance program features industry-leading event liability coverage options at great rates for AMA-chartered clubs and promoters.
“Planning well is the first step to success, and now is the time for clubs and promoters to submit their sanction and insurance forms for the 2014 season,” said AMA Vice President of Operations Jeff Massey. “We encourage all of our partners to visit the AMA website and download the forms they need, or give us a call and we’ll do what we can to get you ready for the new year.”
The AMA’s preferred insurance provider, K&K Insurance, offers high-quality base insurance coverage that meets all AMA-sanctioned event requirements, as well as an optional coverage plan that provides a higher level of coverage beyond the base level. Camping, setup and teardown coverages are included at no additional cost. K&K also continues to offer reduced practice coverage premiums, which went into effect in 2013.
“K&K Insurance values our relationship with the AMA and AMA-chartered clubs and promoters, and we’re pleased to extend that relationship for another season,” said K&K Senior Vice President Matt Sackett. “The AMA is the premier motorcycling event sanctioning body because it provides organization, rules and logistical support that are unmatched. K&K is proud to do our part to offer AMA organizers industry-leading coverage at great rates.”
K&K Insurance has been recognized as a leading provider of sports, leisure and entertainment insurance products for 60 years. The company, headquartered in Fort Wayne, Ind., is one of the largest managing general underwriters in the United States.
