With Nicky Hayden returning to superbikes after an absence of 13 years, we are delighted to bring you a video news release of his first day of the Honda WSBK team’s test at Motorland Aragon in Spain.
In the video, Hayden describes his first experiences of working with his new team, the changes from MotoGP and his first outings on the Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade SP.

ps: now that Indy’s gone, somebody’s planning another trip to Laguna Seca me thinks. hear me now Honda/Dorna, my motivation to now travel there to leave my money behind is all based off of 1 person and 1 person alone…

Yes, I am intrigued to see how he does over the next few years. It was kind of painful watching him languish in the gutters of MotoGP. Hopefully a new Honda (next year is it?) and a new environment will play out better for him.
