450 Class Stats
• Torrid Pace: Ken Roczen’s nine out of 10 moto wins is the best start to a season since James Stewart’s undefeated campaign in 2008. Roczen has earned 13 more points than his title-winning 2014 season.
• Comfortable Lead: Roczen’s 47-point lead in the championship standings is the most after five rounds since Ryan Dungey held a 54-point lead during the 2012 season.
• Season’s Best: Eli Tomac posted his best outing of the season in Tennessee and has posted three straight runner-up moto finishes.
• Back on the Box: Broc Tickle earned his first overall podium finish since the final round of the 2012 season, ending a 28-race gap.
• Best Ever for RCH: Tennessee was the best-ever outing for RCH Racing in Pro Motocross with Roczen and Tickle finishing 1st and 3rd.
• Bowers is Back: Former Arenacross champion Tyler Bowers will make his first Pro Motocross start since the 2009 season, filling in as a substitute rider at Monster Energy Kawasaki.
• Feisty Frenchman: Marvin Musquin’s improvement of 16 positions in the opening moto from Tennessee is the most of any rider inside the top 10 this season.
• Premier Depth: Despite Roczen’s dominance, the 450 Class has showcased exceptional competition with nine different riders earning a moto podium finish.

250 Class Stats
• Picking Up the Pace: Cooper Webb has improved his finishing average to 3.6, just behind Joey Savatgy’s class-leading average of 3.4.
• The Only Lap That Matters: Webb led just one lap en route to the overall win in Tennessee, the final lap of the final moto.
• Never Quit: Savatgy battled back from two crashes in the final Tennessee moto to finish second overall, but it marked the first time he failed to improve upon his starting position this season.
• New Face on the Box: Shane McElrath’s career-best third-place finish in Tennessee made him the 156th rider in 250 Class history to finish on the podium. It was KTM’s first overall podium finish in 2016.
• Still Searching: Defending Champion Jeremy Martin is still in search of his first win this season. His 158 points is the lowest total after five rounds since his rookie 2013 season.
• North Carolina Strong: Three North Carolina natives currently sit in the top 10 in the championship standings – Cooper Webb, Jordon Smith, and Shane McElrath.
