Tomorrow’s MotoGP race in Argentina will find a surprise on pole position in the form of Jack Miller (Ducati). When Q2 began, all of the riders entered the track on rain tires, but Miller was one of the few to switch to slicks, and stick with them through the end of the session. It paid off big time, as Miller took his maiden pole position in the MotoGP category.
Filling out the front row will be Dani Pedrosa (Honda) in second position, and Johann Zarco (Yamaha) in third. Take a look here for full qualifying results. Stay tuned for race coverage on MD tomorrow.

Miller did an incredible job! What a race. Marquez should face serious consequences.
What a bizarre race
His pole position won’t last long once the race actually begins.
Probably true, but he sure did add some spice to the proceedings yesterday!
Man Miller looked out of control during qualifying, big wobbles, and all the riders were having back end sliding out issues. Should be an i teresting race. Several favorites did not qualify well, and will have to work through the pack during the race.
Lorenzo thought he had secured a transfer to Q2 along with Dovi, but Lorenzo got sniped big time at the end. Another rough start for Lorenzo.
Became a Jack Miller fan today. Always thought he made the jump from Moto3 to GP too fast but today he showed some real talent.
