Jorge Lorenzo (Ducati) broke the lap record at Misano today as he took pole position for tomorrow’s MotoGP race. Joining Lorenzo on the front row will be Jack Miller (Ducati) and Maverick Viñales (Yamaha). Three of the four top qualifying spots went to Ducati (Andrea Dovizioso qualified fourth).

The gap from p4 to p10 is roughly the same as JL’s gap to 2nd. Crazy..
Not a fan of Lorenzo the person, but do appreciate how he rides. Love it that he waited until Ducati thoroughly trounced him in the press before he signed with Honda and then went on a terror streak on the Ducati.
Not sure I will appreciate him on a Honda though. We will see.
