Le Mans MotoGP Qualifying Results

Qualifying for tomorrow’s MotoGP race in Le Mans, France occurred earlier today. Factory Ducati teammates Pecco Bagnaia and Jack Miller took the top two spots with Aleix Espargaro (Aprilia) set to line-up third on the grid. French stars Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha) and Johann Zarco (Ducati) qualified in 4th and 6th positions, respectively.

Some observers anticipate another race-long battle between Bagnaia and Quartararo – similar to the Jerez race two weeks ago. Quartararo has shown the fastest race pace during practice.

Moto media:”Bastianini is gunning for Jack Miller’s seat at Factory Ducati..”

Bastianini: “I am gunning for Bagnaia’s seat. He can have Miller’s.”

Bummed to see both of the Suzuki’s go down. It was shaping up to be the kind of race they should’ve finished well in.

    • Jeremy says:

      Hah, isn’t that the truth.

    • Motoman says:

If Bastianini keeps it up he can have whatever he wants. If he can make it to the finish line in the races he isn’t in a position to win, we might have a new MotoGP champ. And on year old bike to boot!

  2. Mick says:

Odd. Not one comment? From the looks of the results the race must have had a lot of bright colors moving fast in a fairly tight group. Good TV. What gives?

Are well all in a stupor reeling from the Suzu news?

    Cheer up!

    • Motoman says:

It was an article on qualifying. Who cares if there’s a comment or not. Oh yeah that’s right the guy that hates MotoGP racing! You are very tiring Mick.
