Writing for Cycle News, Britain’s Alan Cathcart has reported that Triumph will debut a substantially revised (27 pounds lighter, and 17 horsepower more powerful) 955i Daytona at the Bologna show in Italy this December.
With all the focus on Triumph’s new Bonneville (see our story of August 16), the Daytona replacement has apparently been kept out of the rumor mill. The 17 horsepower hike should put rear wheel power in the 125 to 130 range.
