After a weekend at Willow Springs Raceway in Southern California, first practicing (see picture above), and then toying with the locals at the WSMC Sunday races, Anthony Gobert appears to be getting comfortable on Yamaha’s venerable R6 supersport machine. Anthony appeared to be taunting local fast guys Jeremy Toye and Mark Palazo in several WSMC 600 classes, winning each class easily. If this is a preview of things to come next season, Honda’s stronghold on the 600 Supersport class might be coming to an end. We are looking forward to Anthony’s participation in AMA 600 Supersport racing — one of the most competitive roadracing series on the planet.
