James Stewart (Yamaha) won his second straight main event last night in Anaheim ahead of Kawasaki’s Ryan Villopoto in second place and Chad Reed (Honda) in third. Stewart extended his lead in the series over Villopoto to five points.
In the Western Region Lites main event, Josh Hansen (Kawasaki) won his third main event of the series to extend his points lead. Finishing second and third behind Hansen were Eli Tomac (Honda) and Ken Roczen (KTM).

Also notable: Josh Hansen won his heat race and the main event with a broken hand (or at least some broken fingers). I think that’s pretty impressive. Way to go Josh!
Yeah, nice.
Seems like yesterday I was reading about his dad Donnie having quite a year in 1982. 🙂
Hmmmm.
Stewart way out front on his YZ.
Much of the TV coverage of the main event was over the battle for 8th with Dungey, in fact.
Looks like James has loosened-up, is ready to go, and things are back to normal. 🙂
