• The Budds Creek facility in Southern Maryland is one of the most diverse venues in the country, featuring a world class motocross track, dirt oval and drag strip all on the same property.
• In 17 years, only nine riders have captured victories at Budds Creek in the 450 Class while 13 different riders have won in the 250 Class over the last 21 years.
• Ryan Villopoto’s win at High Point was his second in five-career starts. He has finished on the overall podium in all but one of those starts, the lone one coming at Hangtown in 2009 when he was forced to retire from competition following the first moto.
• Villopoto’s win was the first for Kawasaki since Chad Reed won at Hangtown last season.
• Tyla Rattray sits atop the 250 Class standings for the first time in his career, and is the third different rider in 2011 to carry the red number plate.
• Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki has won every 250 Class moto and overall in the 2011 season.
• Chad Reed and Ryan Villopoto in the 450 Class, and Tyla Rattray in the 250 Class, are the only riders to finish on the overall podium in all three rounds this season.
• In six 450 Class motos this season, six different riders have grabbed the holeshot.

• The first 450 Class race held at Budds Creek was May 22, 1994. Mike LaRocco won on a Kawasaki.
• This will be the 18^th time the gate will drop at Budds Creek for the 450 Class.
• Ricky Carmichael held a perfect record at Budds Creek. In eight starts, he posted eight overall wins, winning 13 of 16 motos.
• Chad Reed is the only international rider to ever win an overall at Budds Creek.
