The apparent inclusion of Supermoto in this Summer’s X-Games competition will bring motorcycle racing to a much broader audience and possibly lead to a mini boom in motorcycle sales. The motorcycle boom in the U.S. has been going on for several years, now, and the mainstream media continues to give motorcycling unprecidented coverage. Nevertheless, Supermoto coverage as part of the X-Games could be another big leap forward.
