According to a report on the website of UK Weekly Motorcycle News, a movie about the life of famous motorcycle and Formula car racer Mike Hailwood is currently in the early stages of production.
Hailwood, a ten-time World Champion in the 250cc, 350cc, and 500cc GP classes, was famous for returning to bike racing after a nearly decade-long hiatus to win the ‘Formula One’ class at the 1978 Isle of Man TT. Mike returned to the Isle of Man the next year and won the 500cc class as well.
According to MCN, the movie will be produced by Michael Ohove, who produced the Oscar-nominated biopic Capote.
